These Terms & Conditions govern the Klaw SMS Support program (also referred to as “Kenneth Ballenegger SMS Support,” the “Service”), operated by Kenneth Ballenegger. By participating in the Service, you agree to these terms.

Program description

The Service uses SMS text messages to provide:

• Support replies to inbound questions and requests.
• Account or service notifications related to systems you use or operate.
• Operational alerts such as status, delivery, or scheduling information.

The Service is not used to send marketing or promotional messages unless you have separately and explicitly consented to receive such messages.

Consent and opt-in

By texting our number, by providing your phone number to us, or by requesting SMS support through any channel we operate, you consent to receive SMS text messages from the Service at the phone number you provided. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your activity, the nature of your support requests, and any operational events relevant to you.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates from your wireless carrier apply to all messages sent to or received from the Service. Check your mobile plan or contact your carrier for details.

Opt-out and help

You can cancel the Service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, you will receive a single confirmation message and will not receive further messages from the Service unless you re-subscribe.

Carrier disclaimer

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to the effective transmission from your network operator and is not guaranteed.

Privacy

Information collected through the Service is handled in accordance with our SMS Privacy Policy. Mobile information collected as part of SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date at the top of this page. Continued participation in the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
